About Coupeville

The small town of Coupeville sits about halfway up Whidbey Island, on the eastern shore on a small body of water known as Penn Cove which connects out to Skagit Bay and Puget Sound. Coupeville has a laid back atmosphere and is a very friendly place. Those are just some of the qualities that make it a popular place for tourists to visit year after year.
