Mukilteo is a small city, just southwest of Everett, and right on the shores of Puget Sound. This little city has plenty to offer and plenty around it. It’s also the site of the ferry terminal for the Washington State Ferries and their run back and forth across the water between Mukilteo on the mainland and Clinton on Whidbey Island. If you’re traveling the Cascade Loop, Mukilteo makes a great place to stop for the night.

Just to the northeast of the city is Everett all that it has going for it. Further east is the Snohomish Valley. To the south from Mukilteo are communities like Lynnwood, Edmonds, Shoreline, and Seattle. There are plenty of great ways to get out on the water too, including multiple Washington State Ferry options. waterfront excursions to urban hiking trails, the area around Mukilteo has many ways to get out and about outdoors. It also offers many indoor options too like arcades, movie theaters, shopping malls, candy factories, museums, bowling alleys, day spas, ice rinks, and more.
